Service Cancellation

You may cancel your PhotoZoot service order at any time before work begins. Once our AI processing has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the automated nature of our service.

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available for orders cancelled before processing begins. Partial refunds may be available if work is partially completed, subject to review of work completed and resources used.

Quality Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our AI-generated photography. If you're not satisfied with the final results, we offer one free revision. If the revision still doesn't meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Non-Refundable Items

Rush order fees, custom template development costs, and any additional services requested beyond the standard package are non-refundable once work has commenced.
